Opera

Tanta attesa per il nuovo capitolo della coppia Luca Cavina/Paolo Mongardi a nome Zeus!. Opera è stato registrato e prodotto da loro assieme a Tommaso Colliva ed è pronto a conquistare il mondo per mezzo della contemporanea distribuzione da parte di Audioglobe, Rough Trade e Three One G. Indispensabile, per questo, la presenza di Justin Pearson in “Sick And Destroy”, così come preziose le collaborazioni di Vincenzo Vasi e Nicola Ratti. Il palcoscenico, però, s’infiamma ed esplode grazie all’inventiva ferale di Cavina e Mongardi, ironici da un lato (basta un’occhiata ai titoli) e dall’altro abilissimi nel passare dal calcio in culo assestato come si deve a complessi vortici di intrecci chitarra/ritmica degni del miglior jazzcore, se non proprio del prog in veste incattivita. Ogni istinto sonoro è reso in modo tale che potenza ed organicità vadano di pari passo, regalando a chi ascolta godimento a miliardi di watt. Infuocato.
