Loraine James: il video di “London Ting // Dark As Fuck”

Il 20 settembre esce per Hyperdub For You And I, album della musicista elettronica londinese (North London, per la precisione) Loraine James. Secondo il comunicato stampa e le parole dell’artista, il disco parla per metà di come è complesso mandare avanti un rapporto di coppia omosessuale a Londra e per metà di lei stessa e della sua vita (la copertina è una foto del suo quartiere).

Ieri è stato pubblicato un primo video di un brano dell’album: “London Ting // Dark As Fuck”, ispirato da “Boy Da Corner” di Dizzee Rascal, esplora il lato oscuro della sua produzione in combutta col rapper Le3 bLACK, suo usuale collaboratore. Il pezzo è una riflessione sull’esperienza di entrambi con la loro città e il suo essere imprevedibile.
