Punti fermi.

Silesia non conquisterà nuovi ascoltatori, né permetterà ai Jeniferever di diventare “cool”. Non lo sono mai stati nemmeno quando il mix di emo e post-core – che da sempre confezionano più o meno bene – era tra i generi decorati dalle medagliette di plastica dell’hype. Per Silesia, quindi, ancora una sorta di post-rock poco cerebrale oppure, se vogliamo, un (buon) disco dei Death Cab For Cutie più grintoso del solito, impreziosito dal consueto slancio melodrammatico e carezzevole al contempo, proprio anche dei dischi precedenti. Con Silesia, però, pare tutto un po’ più a fuoco di sempre, senza che si riesca a capirne davvero i motivi o a indicare più precisamente dei pregi. Un passo in diagonale, allora, comunque consigliato solo ai fan di stretta osservanza.
