Blow Out | Review – “La Città Proibita” di Gabriele Mainetti

Il titolo provvisorio del nuovo film di Gabriele Mainetti era “Kung-fu all’amatriciana” che in un certo senso già ci dice molto di cosa sia “La Città Proibita”: un’opera suggestiva, ironica, divertente e ambiziosa che prova a unire due elementi che sulla carta non si parlano come il cinema di arti marziali e la tradizione della tragicommedia all’italiana, ma che in modo quasi miracoloso Mainetti riesce a far convivere, facendo nascere qualcosa di nuovo, fresco e necessario.
