Nel 1967, l’artista Mario Schifano allestisce l’unico gruppo psichedelico mai ascoltato in italia. Le Stelle di Mario Schifano guardano a quanto stava facendo Andy Warhol con i Velvet Underground (con tanto di evento multimediale, il “Grande Angolo, Sogni, Stelle”), eludendone però la cifra stilistica. Quella di “Dedicato a…” è psichedelia caotica, poco urbana. Un qualcosa di inaudito, non solo per l’Italia. Tuttavia, qualcosa dei Velvet Underground c’è…
